This is the owner’s note:” The original goal was to design a program to act as anintermediator for two human players using the computer to replace a game board.I feel that the ultimate game will not be man against machine but man against man using a CPU as the playng field. This game is the results of hundreds of hours of constant refinement to make skill and strategy the main factors in determining the winner”.

Each starship can hold 50.000 energy units, 5 mines, and 10 torpedos. The starbase can only fill a starship up to 10.000 energy units. The object is to map galaxy to discover planets that have energy, inviso, torpedos, mine sweepers, and other useful material while battling enemy ships and attacking the enemy base. The first player to destroy all enemy ships or the enemy base is the victor. An alternative version is to accumulate the most energy 30 minutes.
